Songs that celebrate the beauty of Hawaii which became the 50th state on August 21, 1959.  Interesting discussions about the history of the Islands and the story of the Ukulele are paired with bright songs of the sunshine and beaches so plentiful in Hawaii.   Audience members are also invited to participate in a Hula dance session (from a seated position if preferred).
